How to Stop the Guilt and Blame Game

Have you ever felt like you’re stuck in a cycle of Guilt and Blame? One of the biggest challenges that I’ve heard people share about feeling guilty all time or being blamed for every little thing that goes wrong around them is the shame and powerlessness that colors everything they do.
